What are your hours?

We operate Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, 

Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Evenings, weekends and holidays by request. Additional charges applied. 

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. South Shore Elite Concierge, LLC is licensed and insured. 

How much do you charge and how are payments made? 

Our services are billed hourly, with a minimum of an hour and increments of 30 mins afterwards. Payments are required at time of service request. 

Do you offer packages, membership and gift certificates? 

Yes. We do offer pre-paid packages and memberships for weekly and monthly services, as well as gift certificates for any occasions. 

Are there any other charges?

Any expenses incurred such as purchases, third party products or services, tolls, postage, and mileage for travels out of the service area, are billed to the customers and payment expected at time of service rendered.

Do you provide any type of services?

We make every effort to fulfill all customer's requests, as long as they are legal, ethical and moral. We are happy to review any requests prior to acceptance of service. 

Do you have bilingual staff?

Yes, our team is fully bilingual English-Spanish.

Are your services tax deductible? 

Any services or tasks associated with your company that we provide may be tax deductible as business expense. You should always seek accounting and/or legal advice.
